Leaders are needed at every level of the organization: What happens when there are no leaders?

We experience  Lost Vision, delayed decision, Conflict ,Reduced productivity, weak team,

No matter where you are position in any organization, Leaders are needed at every level of the organization. Leadership Is a journey that starts where you are, not where you want to be, leading successfully at one level is a qualifier for leading at the next level, greater responsibilities come after handling small ones well, Leading current level well creates opportunities for next level. Good leaders in the middle make better leaders at the top. Leader in the middle possess qualities every organization needs, leaders at the middle add value to those above them, below them and around them.

Remember there is a big difference from Leader and Manger, knowing how to do a job is the accomplishment of labor. Showing others is the accomplishment of a teacher. Making sure the work is done by others is the accomplishment of a manager while  Inspiring others to do better work is the accomplishment of a leader.

Beware of Myth of Leadership in 2019.

I can’t lead if I am not at the top

When I get to the top, then I’ll learn to lead.

If I were on top, then people would automatically follow me.

When I get to the top, I’ll be in control.

When I get to the top, I’ll no longer be limited.

I can’t reach my potential if I’m not the top leader.

If I can’t get to the top, then I won’t try to lead

Organizations rise and fall on the merit of their leadership—at every level.

Successful organizations cannot afford to wait until someone gets “to the top” to start leading.

The common denominator of thriving organization is the presence of competent leaders at every level of their structures.
